DareTable: Event Registration Terms and Conditions
Welcome to DareTable 2025, the premier conference for Airtable enthusiasts and professionals. By registering as an attendee, speaker, volunteer, or sponsor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration Cancellation by Registrant:
Cancellations by registrants are not eligible for refunds. Any additional expenses incurred, including but not limited to travel and accommodation, are the sole responsibility of the registrant.
Tickets can be transferred to another person or resold.
Event Cancellation by Organizer:
DareTable organizers, Ben Green and Chris Dancy, reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason.
In the event of cancellation by the organizers, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible using the contact information provided at registration.
Participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee in case of event cancellation by the organizers. However, the organizers are not liable for reimbursing any other related expenses.
Force Majeure:
The organizers shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or public health emergencies. Options for registration fee refunds in such cases are at the discretion of the organizers.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes related to the event or these terms will be governed by the laws of New York, USA, and resolved through negotiation or, failing that, in the courts of New York.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Claims:
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event and release DareTable, Ben Green, Chris Dancy, and affiliates from any claims related to the event.
Pricing:
Pricing is subject to change. Tickets at a discount for groups, nonprofits and early bird tickets may fluctuate in price to stimulate sales. Consultants agree to discount and fee sharing schedule as proposed in their communications.
Limitation of Liability:
DareTable, Ben Green, and Chris Dancy's aggregate liability is limited, not covering indirect damages and capped at the amount paid by the participant.
Inclusivity and Safety:
DareTable is committed to a safe, inclusive environment. Participants must respect all individuals' rights and identities. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for conduct violating these principles without a refund.
Food Sensitivities:
While efforts will be made to accommodate food sensitivities, the organizers cannot guarantee specific dietary accommodations and are not liable for issues arising from food sensitivities.
Speaker Content and Rights:
Speakers grant DareTable an exclusive license to use, distribute, and create derivative works from their presentation content. This includes broadcasting and rebroadcasting rights across various media platforms.
Final Acknowledgment:
By purchasing a ticket, agreeing to speak, volunteer, or sponsor DareTable 2025, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, committing to uphold the event's standards of conduct and participation.
